I advise companies on all aspects of analyst and influencer relations programs including design, analyst selection and ranking, engagement, best practices, performance metrics, and social media. Since 2003, I have been an outspoken advocate for evolving AR in light of the broadening scope of influencers involved in B2B technology purchase decisions. These influencers include analysts, consultants, bloggers, academics, partners, alliances, highly informed users, and standards advocates.
Currently, I’m Senior Director, Global Analyst & Influencer Marketing for Juniper Networks. Previously, I was president and managing editor of Tekrati, a leading source for news and directories on high tech industry analysts as well as a thriving analyst relations and influencer marketing consulting business. Prior to founding Tekrati in 2000, I served as VP of Strategic Alliances and Marketing Programs at Secure Computing Corp. and held senior leadership positions at UB Networks, Novell and Honeywell.
